The landscape of South Jingle Pot lends itself to many rural lifestyles. There is a combination of farms, wineries, and typical modern single family developments mixed throughout. With Westwood Lake at its northern point which has some of the best hiking and biking trails in Nanaimo, this area is for the adventurous. There is a nice new RV development on the lake as well with a great fine-dining restaurant worth a visit.
