LOWER LANTZVILLE

Lower Lantzville is certainly a quaint seaside community. Take a drive through as it’s a breath of fresh air sight-seeing from the beautiful views capes to the artists studios.

The beaches along Lantzville’s 4.5km long waterfront are always changing. The formation of beaches is result of dynamic process of “erosion” and “deposition” caused by tides, waves and longshore currents. Lantzville’s beaches are primarily cobble and narrow, because they are in an erosion area. The housing is predominantly larger lots as the town has just recently began connecting all properties to sewer removing their septic systems as well has been a recent connection to municipal water.

Lower Lantzville is home to many commercial & home-based businesses. There are approximately 25 commercial businesses in the village core. There is a Slegg Lumber located in the town core for all your building/ renovation needs.

Seaview Elementary is a grade K-7 school nestled in Lantzville just off of Lantzville Road. Our school’s student population is approximately 253 students. At Seaview Elementary, we take great pride in trying to make our school, local community, and the world a better place.
