Step 8. Choose a Lawyer or Notary.
You will need a lawyer or notary to complete conveyancing on your purchase. This paperwork includes processing and registering the final mortgage documents and the property title registration process. Jim can recommend a number of reputable lawyers and notaries that are available locally but you are welcome to use whoever you choose. Your realtor and lender will work closely with your legal representation to make sure the transaction completes smoothly.
