Step 5: Look at Desired Properties until one fits

The time has arrived to view potential properties! You can pick properties to view off MLS or ask your realtor to recommend some to show. Your realtor may have leads on properties that could sell below asking price, properties due to hit the market soon, or properties that are more desirable than the listing appears. Sometimes a property you wish to view will have an accepted offer already in play but it is important not to get discouraged.

When viewing multiple properties it helps to take notes and focus on the overall feeling it gives you. If you are serious about a property it is no problem to request a 2^nd viewing so don’t worry about minor things the first time you see a house.
