PLEASANT VALLEY
Pleasant Valley is a beautiful area in North Nanaimo, near Brannen Lake and Woodgrove Mall. The neighbourhood’s southern border would be Mostar Rd, the Island Hwy marks the east side, Doumont Rd is to the west, and Aulds Rd marks the northern end.
Many of the lots are smaller and there are few sidewalks; however, the street light poles all have hanging flower baskets and the neighborhood provides a gated secure area to park boats and campers. Some of this area is close to the Nanaimo Parkway and has been developed in a way to compliment its terrain.
